Tai Chi emphasises a calm and peaceful mind body connection. The practice of this art stimulates the central nervous system which helps to lower blood pressure relieves stress, strengthens immune system, and improves blood and energy (Qi) circulation through the body's meridians.
Peter is a fitness enthusiast with a B.S in Physics from Stonybrook University, and is working towards completion of his Masters and PhD. Peter began Tai Chi at the age of 12 at buddhist monasteries, by college he began teaching and creating Tai Chi clubs. Since then, he has been working in the fitness industry for over decade, training in the U.S. and in Europe. Peter is the author of 30 Fitness Days and teaches Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, and Bootcamp.
